Our Residency Programs
We carefully select residency-by-investment programs that combine credible mobility benefits with strong underlying investment quality, giving families a genuine Plan B without compromising on the quality, security or long-term value of their investment. Our portfolio spans Portugal, Spain, Hungary, Panama, Greece, Malaysia, New Zealand, Australia, Grenada, and Antigua & Barbuda, allowing us to match each client with the most suitable option based on lifestyle, education, business opportunities, wealth diversification and future mobility goals.
Portugal Golden Visa

Portugal’s Golden Visa offers investors and their families a flexible pathway to European residency through qualifying investments or €200,000 donation option with a relatively low physical stay requirement and the potential to apply for Portuguese citizenship subject to eligibility requirements.
At IPS Global Investment & Mobility Solutions, we focus on carefully selected regulated Portuguese investment fund options, typically from €500,000. We work with established fund managers across private equity, growth capital and diversified investment strategies, helping clients compare each fund’s track record, investment strategy, risk profile, fees, liquidity and exit prospects before making an investment decision.
Our approach is simple: the quality of the investment should be just as important as the residency benefits. We provide clients with a choice of professionally managed funds and coordinate the Golden Visa journey alongside experienced Portuguese legal and investment partners.
Greece Golden Visa

The Greece Golden Visa offers investors and their families the opportunity to obtain Greek residency through qualifying real estate investment, with access to the wider Schengen Area. Greece continues to operate a residence-by-investment program for property owners.
At IPS Global Investment & Mobility Solutions, we offer clients a wide selection of carefully sourced property investment options across Athens, Piraeus and other selected locations in Greece. Our portfolio includes newly built apartments, renovated properties, conversion projects and other qualifying opportunities suited to different budgets and investment objectives.
We focus not only on residency eligibility, but also on the quality, location, rental potential and long-term investment value of the property. Our team helps clients compare suitable projects, coordinate property selection and work alongside experienced Greek lawyers and developers throughout the Golden Visa process.
Our goal is to help you choose a property you would be happy to own — not simply one that qualifies for a visa.
Hungary Golden Visa

Hungary’s Guest Investor Program offers non-EU investors and their families a long-term European residence option through qualifying investment. The principal investment route is currently a minimum €250,000 investment in units of an eligible real estate fund registered by the Hungarian National Bank. A separate €1 million donation route is also available for qualifying higher-education, research or cultural purposes.
At IPS Global Investment & Mobility Solutions, our focus is on helping clients understand and compare the available qualifying fund investment options, including the fund manager, underlying assets, strategy, holding period, fees and overall investment risk.
We believe the investment itself deserves the same level of consideration as the residency benefits. Our role is to help clients identify a suitable qualifying option and coordinate the investment and residence process with experienced Hungarian professional partners.
Spain Intra Corporate Visa

The Spain Intra-Corporate Transfer Visa can be an attractive pathway for established Filipino entrepreneurs, business owners and senior executives who want to expand their business presence into Spain while relocating themselves and their families to Europe.
Through an appropriate Spanish corporate structure, an eligible executive, manager or specialist may be transferred from an existing overseas business to a related company in Spain, subject to satisfying Spain's corporate, employment and immigration requirements.
For Filipino nationals, one of the principal attractions of establishing genuine residence in Spain is the potential pathway towards Spanish citizenship after the applicable preferential residence period of 2 years for nationals of the Philippines, provided all legal residence and nationality requirements are fulfilled.
Why consider Spain?
-
Establish or expand your business presence in the European market
-
Live and work legally in Spain with eligible family members
-
Access Spain and the wider European business environment
-
Potential long-term pathway towards Spanish permanent residence and citizenship
-
Suitable for established entrepreneurs and executives seeking both business expansion and family mobility
At IPS Global Investment & Mobility Solutions, we work with clients and professional advisers to assess the appropriate business structure, investment requirements and immigration strategy for establishing their presence in Spain.
Australia National Innovation Visa

The National Innovation Visa (Subclass 858) is an invitation-only Australian permanent residency visa designed for exceptionally talented individuals with internationally recognised achievements who can make a significant contribution to Australia.
It is aimed at high-calibre entrepreneurs, innovative investors, researchers, technology leaders, athletes and creatives, with particular priority currently given to areas including critical technologies, renewables and low-emission technologies, health industries, AgTech, education, FinTech, infrastructure and resources.
Successful applicants receive permanent residency in Australia, making the program particularly attractive for accomplished individuals seeking long-term opportunities for themselves and their families.
At IPS Global Investment & Mobility Solutions, we work with experienced Australian immigration professionals to assess a candidate's achievements, positioning and supporting evidence before preparing an Expression of Interest (EOI) for consideration by the Australian Government. An invitation must be received before a visa application can be lodged.
New Zealand Business / Investment Visa

New Zealand offers attractive pathways for experienced business owners and investors seeking long-term residence through either active business ownership or a professionally managed investment portfolio.

The Business Investor pathway is designed for experienced businesspeople who want to invest in and actively operate an established New Zealand business. The standard pathway requires an investment of at least NZD 1 million, while a NZD 2 million fast-track pathway is also available. Eligible businesses must meet Immigration New Zealand requirements, and applicants must be actively involved in running and growing the business.

For investors who prefer a more passive investment approach, the Active Investor Plus Visa (AIP) offers two categories:
-
Growth Category — from NZD 5 million: focused primarily on higher-growth investments, including direct investments into New Zealand businesses and approved managed investment funds. The investment period is generally 3 years.
-
Balanced Category — from NZD 10 million: provides a broader range of investment choices over 5 years, including managed funds, direct investments, listed equities, bonds, qualifying property developments and philanthropy.
At IPS Global Investment & Mobility Solutions, we help clients evaluate a range of suitable New Zealand businesses, private investments and professionally managed fund opportunities, looking beyond immigration eligibility to the quality of the underlying investment, management team, strategy, risk and long-term return potential.

Our objective is to match each family with the most appropriate combination of residency pathway and investment strategy, whether they wish to actively own a New Zealand business or build a diversified investment portfolio.
Malaysia My Second Home

Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) is a long-term residency programme for foreign nationals and their families who wish to make Malaysia their second home. With options including Silver, Gold, Platinum and SEZ/SFZ, applicants can choose a category that suits their lifestyle, family needs and investment objectives.
Malaysia offers an attractive combination of high-quality healthcare, international education, modern infrastructure, excellent regional connectivity and relatively affordable living costs. Depending on the category selected, applicants are required to place a fixed deposit and purchase qualifying property in Malaysia, making MM2H particularly suitable for families, retirees, investors and individuals seeking a long-term base in Asia.
Eligible family members can also be included in the application, allowing families to live, study and spend extended periods in Malaysia together. The programme offers renewable long-term residence while allowing participants to maintain business, family and investment interests in other countries.
IPS Global Investment and Mobility Solutions assists clients with programme selection, property sourcing and the overall application journey, working together with a licensed MM2H agency. Our focus is to help clients choose not only the right residency option, but also the right property and long-term investment strategy in Malaysia.
Panama Golden Visa

Panama’s Qualified Investor programme, often referred to as the Panama Golden Visa, offers foreign investors a route to permanent residency through qualifying investments. One of the most popular options is real estate, with a minimum investment of US$300,000 from foreign-sourced funds. The programme is attractive to families and investors looking for a stable base in the Americas, a US-dollar-linked economy and access to an internationally connected business hub.
Qualifying investors can obtain permanent resident status, and eligible dependants may generally be included subject to the applicable immigration requirements. Panama combines an established banking and financial sector with modern infrastructure, international schools, private healthcare and convenient connectivity across North and South America.

Panama offers permanent residency through the Qualified Investor Programme, with no requirement to relocate permanently to Panama. Investors generally need only maintain their residency status, including periodic visits, and may become eligible to apply for Panamanian citizenship after five years of permanent residency. Citizenship is subject to Panama’s naturalisation requirements and government approval.

IPS Global Investment and Mobility Solutions assists clients in evaluating suitable Panama investment opportunities and coordinating the residency process with local professional partners, with a focus on both investment quality and long-term mobility planning.
Grenada Citizenship by Investment

Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment Programme offers eligible investors and their families the opportunity to obtain Grenadian citizenship through an approved investment. The programme is attractive for families seeking a second citizenship, greater global mobility, long-term security and international business flexibility, while maintaining their primary residence elsewhere.
Applicants may qualify through an approved contribution or eligible real estate investment, subject to government due diligence and programme requirements. Grenadian citizenship can generally be extended to qualifying family members, making it a useful option for families looking to build a long-term mobility and succession strategy.
IPS Global Investment and Mobility Solutions assists clients in evaluating the most suitable Grenada CBI route, coordinating with authorised local professionals, reviewing qualifying investment options and guiding clients through the documentation and application process. Our focus is on helping clients choose a solution that balances citizenship benefits, investment quality and long-term family objectives.
